During an audience which lasted about thirty minutes, Aïchatou Boulama Kane, convey an invitation from the President of the Republic of Niger Mahamadou Issoufou addressed to his counterpart Paul Biya, to personally take part in the ceremony of his inauguration as President of the Republic Niger, April 2 Niamey, the capital.
