Public Health Minister receives WHO Delegation

The Minister of Public Health, Andre Mama Fouda has granted audience to a delegation from the World Health Organisation (WHO).

The Delegation headed by the coordinator for Social Health Protection, Claude Beyer came to discuss with Minister Mama Fouda about the concept of Universal Health Coverage and its vision.

The Universal Health Coverage is a concept promoted by the World Health Organization (WHO) and its partners in a network referred to as the P4H.

The network work is charged with collaborating with countries and supporting them in defining strategies and activities to progress towards Universal Health Coverage.

The Delegation discussed with stakeholders this 3rd September 2015 in the conference room of the Ministry of Public Health.
