Public service to improve service delivery process

A support program for quality service delivery in administrative structures has been put in place by the Ministry of Public service and Administrative reforms in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program UNDP.

A support program for quality service delivery in administrative structures has been put in place by the Ministry of Public service and Administrative reforms in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program UNDP. The program is expected to improve upon the system of treating documents whereby state agents will henceforth adopt better ways of providing services from the level of reception to the accessing of information.
