New recruitments to public service are open to the Cameroonian public. Michelangelo Angouing, Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Reform, launched on 15 and 27 October the direct assistance and training for 3,430 unemployed youths especially the poor and dependent as a result of unemployment.

As explained by Serge Tsimi, director of human resource development of the state, direct recruitment is open to young people ranging between ages 17 and 29 years for jobs applicable in categories C and D and between ages 17 to 34 years for those in categories A and B. They must also be holders of diplomas of general academic education or professional training required.

The recruitment training aims at recruiting students at the Institute of Population Research and Training (IFORD) at the sub-regional Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (ISSEA) at the National Institute of Youth and Sports (INJS) and the National Centers for Youth and Sports (CENAJES).

The winners by the end of their training will be integrated into the Public Service of the State. They go through training because to qualify for integration in the public service, he or she must be justified.

For direct recruitment, the admitted will be integrated into the institution of customs, agriculture, civil engineering, health and others. Distribution of forms have began at the Department of Public Service and Administrative Reform (MINFOPRA) and regional offices in all the country.

The documents contain exam and places of examination schedule dates are visible. After the publication of the results, the qualified for direct employment, will be available for processing by administration.

The recruitment in MINFOPRA, we learn are part of the renewal strategy dedicated to the building of human resource utilities to be fully effective and incorporate them to new missions and strategic challenges, challenging the Cameroonian administration.
