On the October 10, 2014 edition of story relayed by online journal, camer.be, the newspaper Aurore Plus wrote in one of its Headlines "Succession Enonchong; condemned, prince Charles Abi Enonchong fleeing".

In this article, referring to me, Charles Abi Enonchong, eldest son, prince, village chief and successor to master Ndifor Enonchong, the author writes "forgery and spoofing of title, one closest to late Dr. Ndifor Enonchong succeeded to subdue reproach succeeded to appoint himself sole estate administrator illegally."

This action has cast doubt on the Enonchong family, who requested the serenity necessary to carry out assets management of the Enonchong heritage which he is entrusted with after the death of their father.

So readers of Cameroon and abroad, stakeholders of the estate, Enonchong children are built, I may wish to, in accordance with the provisions of Act 90/052 of 19 December 1990 on freedom of the media in Cameroon, publish in the columns of camer.be details the following:

1 - Abi Enonchong Charles denounces the encroachment on personality of which he is the subject. Further to the letter addressed to the head of State in which he denounced a conspiracy against the Republic by persons occupying high positions in justice in Douala.

2. The allegations made in the newspaper Aurore Plus and relayed by camer.be and orchestrated by individuals lurking in the shadows are only aimed to the dilatory by throwing discredit upon the person of Abi Enonchong.

3 Charles Abi Enonchong asked that an investigation be opened to establish the responsibilities of each and every one on a rebellion which is being prepared Benin reported in his letter addressed to the President of the Republic and published in the newspaper La Nouvelle.

4 - Charles Abi Enonchong refutes all allegations without any legal or traditional basis in Aurore Plus and precise that:

5 Prince Charles Abi Enonchong, eldest son of late Ndifor Enonchong is indeed the heir and the administrator of the estate of the deceased. Accordingly, any person can in no case avail himself of this title.

6. The civil society, Immobiliere Abane forming part of the estate of the deceased Enonchong, income and real estate holdings in this company shall be managed by its legitimate successor Charles Abi Enonchong.

7. In contrast to what is written in the newspaper, no good heritage of Enonchong was mortgaged and no amount of money was diverted.

8 - After having unjustly spent several months at the New-Bell prison, prince Enonchong is free and freely goes about his activities in Cameroon.

Contrary to what was written in the journal, Charles Enonchong who continues to manage the heritage of his father is not fleeing and no warrant has been issued against him.
