Several injured in traffic accident along Douala-Bafoussam

A 70 seater bus belonging to the "Grand-Ouest" agency heading for Douala from Bafoussam capsized after poorly negotiating a curve at a place called "Carrefour Moumée"

Residents of the village Moumee, located in the Department of Haut-Nkam between the towns of Bafang and Kekem are in shock after witnessing this accident on Monday afternoon. According to reports, several persons in the bus sustained serious injuries but no death was recorded on the spot.

Victims were sent to Ad Lucem and Bafang District hospitals with the help of the police. Police maintain that the bus was overloaded.
