To believe the signatories of this document amounted to more than 300 members, "for about fourteen years that the General Assembly has never taken place. The chairman Abba Hassan and the headmaster Abdoulaye Simon remarked that, "we have promised that these costs will be used for the payment of the 20 teachers individual contractors whose salary is fixed at 13,000 CFA francs each, for the rental of the farms owned by the president of the Apee at 350,000 Fcfa per year, which are used as classrooms since the creation of this high school, and the construction of 2 classrooms. Curiously at the end of the year, the individual teacher contractors have taken 4 months of back wages, and the two classrooms have not been built" says, a parent.
