The Secretary General in the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon, Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh has received in audience the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, African Integration from Niger, Aïchatou Boulama Kané.
The audience was granted this Thursday, March 24, 2016, at Unity Palace on behalf of the Head of State, President Paul Biya.
During an audience which lasted about thirty minutes, Aïchatou Boulama Kane, convey an invitation from the President of the Republic of Niger Mahamadou Issoufou addressed to his counterpart Paul Biya, to personally take part in the ceremony of his inauguration as President of the Republic of Niger, April 2 in Niamey.
President Mahamadou Issoufou won the second term, according to preliminary overall results reported by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Tuesday, March 22.
The outgoing president, had a 92.49% of the vote in the second round of presidential elections. Mahamadou Issoufou emerged victorious in the first round with 48.41%.
