Swiss solar energy project in Ngaoundere underway

Switzerland and Cameroon will sign in the coming days, a memorandum of understanding relating to the capture of solar energy in the northern city of Ngaoundéré (Adamawa).

This announcement comes in the wake of a mission to prospect Swiss business in the country, under the guise of the Ema Invest Foundation, also after the official stay in this country of the Vice-President of the Swiss Confederation, Simonetta Sommaruga.

This country is also considering the creation and the development of investment fund for the financing of infrastructure projects, the implementation of partnership for the construction of social housing contracts and also involving in the microfinance sector.
