Makhchoun Mounir a Moroccan has emerged winner of the fourth lap of the International Cycling Tour of Cameroon.

Makhchoun Mounir a Moroccan has emerged winner of the fourth lap of the International Cycling Tour of Cameroon. He covered a distance of 103km in a close circuit race along the streets of Douala today 15th March 2016.
