Train crushes 45-year-old farmer to death

It was rather a sad encounter along the Kumba-Mbanga highways last week as reports hold that a train has crushed a 45-year-old farmer to death.

According to eye witness account, the farmer who just left the farm after serious work that day, arrived at one of the train stop point to take a train from Kumba to Mbanga where he lives. Unfortunately for him, it is reported when the train arrived at the stop point, the farmer was hesitant to enter the train when the train was set in motion. He got hooked to the train struggled to break free but was unsuccessful. He was thus crushed to death with his legs cut off.

At the sidelines of the unfortunate incidence, an onlooker took advantage of the commotion at the scene and attempted to escape with one of the chopped legs. He was apprehended, thanks to the vigilance of some other onlookers.
