Maître Alice Nkom is a human rights lawyer from Cameroon, internationally recognised for her outspoken advocacy and defense of LGBTI rights in her country.

In 2003, she founded ADEFHO, the Association for the Defence of Homosexuality, the first organisation in the country openly working against discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
