Yannick Noah lists Central Park South co-op

Retired professional tennis player turned-pop-musician Yannick Noah is asking $9.5 million for his co-op at 230 Central Park South.

The Frenchman purchased the home in 1995 with his second wife, Heather Stewart-Whyte, and pieced together the now three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath layout through the acquisition of an adjacent studio for $500,000 in 2007, Curbed reported.

The couple divorced in 1999 and he bought her share of the unit in 2010.

Noah’s tennis career spanned almost twenty years but has remained in the limelight upon retiring, starting a second career as a pop musician. He is the father of Chicago Bulls player Joakim Noah, a two-time NBA all-star.

Hotel developers Ian Reisner and Mati Weiderpass sold their co-op penthouse in the building, known as Southmoor House, for $11.9 million last summer. In October, socialite and songwriter Denise Rich denied paying $12 million for an apartment in the building.
