The next few days are expected to be tumultuous between the Cameroon Football Federation and the National Olympic and Sports Committee of Cameroon.

This is because the last general assembly which made the adoption of the communique of the national football governing body was struck Thursday 0ctober 30 by the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration (CCA) of the Committee.

The reason given was the illegitimacy of the members of the General Assembly.

Indeed, the CCA "notes that Article 78 paragraphs 2 and 3 of the new statutes of the Fécafoot distort and violate the provisions of Article 44 of Law No. 2011/018 of 15 July 2011 on the organization and promotion of physical activity and sport in Cameroon and the Olympic Charter; also notes that members of the nine regional leagues whose election was canceled sat and passed the statutes; said that these members do not have standing to decide". This consequently invalidates any resolution passed in the General Meeting of 23 August 2014". A decision following the request made by Ahmadou Abdouraman, then president of the shooting star of Garoua, just putting into question the legitimacy of the members of this General Assembly resolutions and who découlées.

A month before the end of the electoral process, a new twist that will probably gloat is the feared that the serenity displayed so far by the Standards Committee and Chairman of FECAFOOT, gives way to the sound of fury and an atmosphere of "standoff" between the federation and the CNOSC.

We remember that FECAFOOT is often conspicuous by the non-compliance with decisions of the CCA CNOSC. Maybe this time, the federation will comply without complaint to that decision. Anyway, the invalidation is subject to a binding measure.

In case of non-compliance or non-compliance with this decision, FECAFOOT must pay 100,000 CFA francs per day, after the notification of the award.
