The African Development Bank (AfDB) has agreed to provide more than US$421 million to finance construction of the second phase of the international Ketta-Djoum road.

The African Development Bank (AfDB) has agreed to provide more than US$421 million to finance construction of the second phase of the international Ketta-Djoum road. The Ketta-Djoum project – between Yaoundé in the Cameroon and Brazzaville in the Congo – involves 312km of road construction works to last up to 36 months. The project was launched in 2012.
