Aboubakar called to Cameroon

Striker will play for the “Indomitable Lions” against France and Mauritania

Vincent Aboubakar is in the call-up for Cameroon, for the matches against France, a friendly, and Mauritania, for matchday five of Group M in the qualification to the 2017 Cup of African Nations. The team led by Hugo Broos plays in France, on May 30, and then in Mauritania, on June 3.

Cameroon is in the lead of the group, with eight points, one more than Mauritania, second, five more than South Africa, third, and six more than Gambia, fourth.

Aboubakar played 41 matches for FC Porto this season, scoring 18 goals. He is at 43 caps and 12 goals for Cameroon
