Skidmore College women's basketball senior forward Angela Botiba was named the Liberty League Performer of the Week, the conference announced Monday afternoon. Botiba led the Thoroughbreds to a 3-0 week, including a pair of conference wins, posting double-doubles against RIT and Vassar. She averaged 20 points per game, shooting 53% (23 for 44), 13 rebounds per game and 2.7 blocks per game for the week. She scored 19 points and pulled down 15 boards in Saturday's 78-66 win over Vassar and had 19 points, 15 rebounds, four blocks and two steals in Friday's win over RIT. She also scored a season-high 22 points to go along with nine rebounds and three blocks against Marietta College. She was also named the ECAC Division III Upstate Co-Player of the Week
