The Leone Stars will play their upcoming home match of the Afcon 2015 qualifiers against Cameroon in Cameroon following Caf’s measure against the Ebola outbreak.
Sierra Leone have announced the venue for their home match against Cameroon in the third match day of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying group stage.
The Leone Stars will host the Indomitable Lions in the Cameroonian capital, Yaounde due to the ban imposed on Sierra Leone by Caf after the outbreak of the deadly Ebola disease.
Both teams from Group D will be facing off at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium where Cameroon crushed Cote D’Ivoire 4-1 in the second match day.
Sierra Leone are yet to win or draw a match in the campaign and are not favoured in the upcoming fixture over the Lions, who are topping the group with six points.
The relocation hands Cameroon the chance to play their next two games at home in Yaounde.
