Cameroon releases preparatory program for AFCON 2015

Volker Finke, coach of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon has made public on Monday, the Indomitable Lions preparation program for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.

Volker Finke’s program revealed that the process will be in two phases:

Monday, January 5: Grouping 25 players in Yaoundé at Mont Febe Hotel

Tuesday, January 6: Two workouts at Stade Omnisports Ahmadou Ahidjo

11:30am: Press conference at Mont-Febe Hotel

On Wednesday the 7th of January, there shall be a friendly encounter against the DR Congo at the Centre of Excellence of the African Football Confederation in Mbankomo. The preparation will then continue in Gabon.

Thursday, January 8: Travelling to Libreville (Residence NOMAD)

Friday, 9 January: Start of the training course in Libreville

Sunday, January 11: friendly encounter in Libreville against Bafana Bafana Monday, January 12: In-house internship in Libreville

Wednesday, January 14: Friendly match in Libreville, Cameroon-opponent to be determined

Friday, January 16: End of Training sessions in Libreville and departure to Malabo.

The list of Cameroonian players selected to compete in the Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea is still awaited.
