Embiid fined for missing workouts during season

How long into the off-season could we go before a negative Joel Embiid report? Not even a week apparently. According to Howard Eskin, Joel Embiid was fined “thousands of dollars” for being late and missing “multiple rehab sessions” this year.

Welp. Who knows if it’s true or not. It could be, but regardless, it’s not a big deal. Embiid was a young kid in the NBA that couldn’t play basketball. Once he was cleared to do basketball activities, the Cameroon native showed that all those reports of him being overweight were false.

That vine shows a Joel Embiid that looks damn good. Also, one that stayed in his team uniform hours (on hours) after team pictures and warmed up in it. This dude wants it. Show me a 300-pound man that has lift like that.

The fines may be true, I’m not disputing it. It just doesn’t matter at this point. If the reports are true, this is way behind the Sixers and Embiid at this point. They have moved on and we should too. Waiting for summer league, JoJo.
