Etoile to face Al Ahly without Kom

Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel will miss the service of their Cameroonian midfielder Franck Kom due to injury.

The Cameroonian midfielder picked up his injury in his team's friendly match against Olympique de Marseille on Saturday.

"Kom's leg is broken and he will need more than two months to recover from the injury," Etoile du Sahel announced.

The injury,of the 23-year-old is a big blow for Etoile du Sahel as Kom was one of the team's key players last season.

The former Panthère du Ndé man joined the Tunisian side in 2011 and he has been influential in the setup of Etoile du Sahel since his move to the club four years ago.

Etoile du Sahel are currently preparing for their crucial match against Al Ahly on July 25 in the group stage of the Caf Confederation Cup.
