In the North West region, John Begheni Ndeh, outgoing president fled the electoral match against Kaba Christopher, his Secretary-General.
While all delegates were already installed late morning in the conference room of the Mondial in Bamenda, an emissary from John Begheni Ndeh announced the resignation of the first vice president of Fecafoot. "He retired because he had failed to reach a consensus with Kaba Christopher.
Knowing that his Secretary-General had the majority of voters, he found it unnecessary to come" said a delegate. Finally, Kaba Christopher had 25 votes against 5 abstentions.
The second opponent, Nkongho Félix Agbor, was competing against Mbella Moki Charles for the direction of the regional League of the South West. Very sure of himself, Agbor Félix lost 6 to 7 for the outgoing president.
For the rest, they are supporters of Iya Mohammed, the outgoing president of the Fecafoot, who won: Mohamadou Abbo was renewed with a score of 19 votes against 6 ballots void; in the central region, Fabien Mvogo the only one on the list, got 34 votes out of 36 voters.
In the Western region, Samuel Wembé was elected to replace Joseph Feutcheu whose list has been disqualified; in the eastern region, Joseph Essofou won 14 votes against two ballots invalid.
In the North, Alim Konaté was renewed without surprise; the two candidates who had 100% votes, are Boubakari Bello in the region of the far North and Jean Jacques Zam at the head of the regional League in the South.
However, the elections in the leagues of the West, Adamawa, Centre and the Littoral came with several incidents. However, only the region of the Littoral has not recovered from these issues. Elective General Assembly in this area has been rescheduled to Wednesday 12th November 2014 still with a single list in competition, one led by Pierre Batamak.
