Three out of the four Anglophone clubs in the League Two championship ended the first round of the championship in the relegation zone after 16 games of played.

After the relegation of Tiko United from the League Two championship, Dynamic of Buea, PWD of Bamenda and Njalla Quan Sports Academy (NQSA) of Limbe are all closer to relegation to the Regional championship.

Dynamic of Buea has recorded 15 goals in 16 games and currently occupies the 15th position after registering 3 victories, 6 draws and suffering 7 defeats in 16 games. Since making their way to the League Two championship few years ago, the Buea-based team has been battling relegation each year.

They are closely tailed by the legendary PWD of Bamenda at the 14th position. Abakwa Boys as they are fondly called, have failed to live up to expectation after their record shows opposite of the euphoria that was when the club gained promotion. They have recorded 2 victories, 8 draws and 5 defeats in 15 games. Their goal scoring record is the second poorest after NQSA. Out of the 15 games played so far, they have scored just 7 goals, while NQSA has scored 4 goals in 16 games.

For NQSA, the situation is worst. The Limbe-based club that was demoted last year from League One to Two has failed throughout the first round. With just 2 points in 16 games, they are first from the bottom and have recorded two draws and 14 defeats. They are yet to grab their first victory in the campaign.

At the top of the table are Feutcheu FC, newly promoted Stade Renard de Melong and AS Matelots with 32, 28 and 27 points respectively.
