Ngabsebuin Godlove and Yvonne Ngwaya have again emerged champions of the 2015 edition of the Mount Cameroon Race of Hope in the male and female categories respectively.
This two were outsmarted last year by Eric Mbatcha in the male category and Lizette Ngalim in the female category.
Both from the North West region of Cameroon, Godlove and Yvonne refused to let the championship title slip out of their grip this time around. Ngwaya Yvonne has won the race six times; 5 times consecutively.
As at now she is closer to beating the records of the onetime Queen of the Mountain Sarah Liengu Itonde who has won the race seven times.
As for Ngabsebuin Godlove he won the race two times consecutively in 2012 and 2013 but was deprived of the title, ‘King of the Mountain’ when he lost 2014 to Eric Mbatcha.
