Teams to troop in from today for AFCON 2015

Teams will begin arriving on Tuesday for the 2015 African Nations Cup that begins in Equatorial Guinea this weekend.

According to an arrivals itinerary released by the Confederation of African Football, Cape Verde will be the first to arrive, followed by Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Tunisia, Zambia and Congo on Wednesday.

Algeria, the continent's highest-ranked side, will arrive on Thursday.

Guinea, Mali, Senegal and Ivory Coast will arrive a day later followed by Cameroon who will arrive on Saturday, the day the event kicks off.

The arrival dates for the other sides could not be ascertained at the time of publication.

A total of 16 teams will contest the biggest football tournament in Africa.
