The Chairman of the Committee for Standardization of the Fecafoot, Professor Joseph Owona announced to the national and international sportive community the final validation of two texts submitted for consideration by FIFA on November 29, 2013.

These included the draft statutes of the Fecafoot and draft electoral code. It was the core of the communiqué issued by The Cameroonian football Federation on Thursday, July 10, 2014.

The Director of Legal Services, Marco Villiger and the Head of the Corporate Legal Department, Oliver Jaberg on March 21, 2014, in a signed fax FIFA wrote to Tombi à Roko, "We have the pleasure to pass on to you the finalized version of the statutes for Fecafoot as FIFA requirements that, we invite you to submit in agreement to your General Assembly."

An earlier statement in the same document by FIFA also acknowledged "the excellent work" concerning the Fecafoot texts, which were discussed during a meeting in Zurich on 14th and 15th March 2014.

The Secretary-General, Tombi à Roko, hid the fax for three and half months. This was realized when the Fecafoot published communiqué announcing the final validation of the draft texts on July 10, 2014.

The Government ordered Tombi à Roko to immediately make this communication public. Luc Assamba, one of the supporters of Iya Mohammed, denounced the confiscation of the federation by Tombi Roko a few weeks to the election of the national president of the Cameroonian football management.

This led to a General Assembly which was held at the hotel, Mont Fébé in Yaoundé on August 23. The projects contents which were written by the Standardization Committee were accepted without major change.

Indeed, the International Football Federation (FIFA) had handed out the outcome of the draft texts submitted for its consideration by the standardization Committee to the Secretary-General of Fecafoot, Tombi à Roko.
