Yaounde : 60,000 capacity stadium to be constructed

The construction of a new Football Stadium in the Olembe neighbourhood in Yaounde will begin few weeks from now.

The Italian Ambassador to Cameroon Samuela Isopi was the bearer of the good news revealed in an audience granted by the Minister of Sports and Physical Education Bidoung Mkpatt on 15th March 2016 in Yaounde.

According to the Italian Diplomat, the new stadium which has the capacity of 60,000 persons will be built in 30 Months.

The Italian entreprise which is supposed to carry out the work is set.

The Minister of Sports and Physical Education Bidoung Mkpatt reveaed that the Ministry of Sports and the Government have put in place the necessary asserts to facilitate work for the Italian entreprise.
