Tottenham Hotspur are ready to pay the £3.5million release clause of Rennes winger Paul-Georges Ntep as they look to replace out-of-favour wide men Andros Townsend and Aaron Lennon.
That is according to the Sunday People, who report that Spurs have scouted the 22-year-old left-winger on several occasions this season.
Ntep has scored 11 goals and provided five assists in 31 games since moving to Rennes from Ligue 1 rivals Auxerre.
