"Famla" is a sultry ballad that samples the 1981 hit (of the same title) by Tim & Foty.

It is perhaps Daphne's greatest vocals on a track yet, accompanied by heavy drums and the signature sax sounds that continue to define most the music that comes from Cameroon.

It's a blend of Makossa, Afrobeat and R&B. The result of which leaves you wanting more.

"The song addresses a very common phenomenon in my community. There is this notion that to succeed you must have used supernatural powers and that if you fail to succeed, then you must be under some kind of spell. It's a catch 22." Daphne.

The second single,"Madingwa", stretches the reach of Daphne's ability as a versatile artist. It's raunchy, upbeat and different. It's a fine work of art; where vocals meet crazy beats wrapped in a dancehall vibe...it's Bikutsi like you've never heard before...you will dance to this!

"I wanted to do something different, I wanted to stretch my boundaries...this song was my biggest challenge yet, and I can't wait to hear your feedback..." Daphne

Famla and Madingwa could not be more different, but they sound interestingly connected due to Daphne's delivery style and signature vocals on both tracks...
