Makossa's own Baby Dioh outdoors ‘Nouveau Né’

The musical artiste, Dioh Baby, is one of the beneficiaries of Makossa household. His new album ‘Nouveau Né’ which means New Born received positive response from the public following the intensity of its promotion.

The artiste is a hot cake now since he made multiple appearances on many TV and radio stations. Dioh Baby was bound for Douala and we took the opportunity to find out more about his new development.

It is noted that promotion is going well for your album. How is it going?

The experience is super. My team and I have travelled a lot and made sure we promoted the album. It was cool and the reception is good.

You were not heard of for some time, what did you engage yourself in while you were away?

After my promotion was launched in Yaoundé, I also proceeded to Douala which is also my hometown for the promotion. I had to leave behind seniors such as Alain Boban who was in charge of the monitoring here in Yaoundé. So if I'm not there, I'm elsewhere, but at the same time promoting my album.

Speaking of ‘Nouveau Né’, the new album of 7 songs, how is it doing??

It is doing quite well and it’s on the right track as I planned with my team. We have been very busy and sought after. It's the same as when we were in Douala where I was practically busy. So everything is fine.

What can you tell us about your schedule in the coming weeks?

It is true that as December approaches, dates are booked and it is a period where a lot of events take place. We have been approached by some organizers but still signing contracts.
