A Cameroonian economic mission expected in the Netherlands in May

A Cameroonian economic mission will visit Netherlands from 26 to May 30, 2015, APA learnt Thursday from the competent services of the Ministry of the economy, planning and regional development.

This announcement followed the visit to Cameroon of 9 members of the Netherlands African Business Council (NABC), who came to make commercial contacts and other joint ventures with local business community in the areas of logistics, building and public works, information technology and communication, solar energy, health, social action, metal mechanics, agriculture and trade.

In May 2011, Cameroon had welcomed a Dutch economic mission, country presented as the 3rd largest market for goods produced in Cameroon with 10.5% of the value of its total exports and the 8th supplier of the economy with products such as bitumen, clinker, building materials, appliances and even fish. In the other direction, Cameroon exports to Holland wood, cocoa, rubber, and palm oil.
