The 2012 annual report is worded in French and English. The French side has 174 pages while that in English totalled 181. It appears that the production accounts of the accounting of the State declined from 100% in 2010 and 2011 61,54% in 2012.
It should be noted that in the 2011 report, a clerical error revealed that the number of accounts expected from the financial jurisdiction on December 31 was 394 instead of 374. In 2012 fiscal, this number has not changed, but the reporting has experienced a marked improvement, from 1.18% in 2010, to 7.75% in 2011 and 60.9 per cent in 2012.
The production of the accounts by the accounting officers of the EPA has doubled between 2010 and 2011, and that since then, it progresses slowly from 46.4% in 2011 to 49.5% in 2012.

The number of fine interim stops declined between 2010 and 2011. It rose to 136 in 2012, figure quite close to that of 2010. During the same period, the number of temporary stops at the bottom increased slightly, from 33 in 2011 to 37 in 2012.
In 2012, summary of 12 companies financial statements were produced for the Court. The 2012 audit control program of the fourth session resulted in the adoption of 10 provisional observations and 4 reports of observations.
