Addax Petroleum increases net production by 40%

Addax Petroleum, a subsidiary of the largest group petro-gas China Sinopec, has on 7th November as the most active company of the upstream in Cameroon, announced that it has increased its net production by 40 percent from its acquisition of 80% of participation in October 31, 2011 in Pecten Cameroon Company LCC, where it changed to Cameroon Addax Petroleum Company LLC.

It highlighted having implemented an active drilling campaign for the rehabilitation of the oil field McMahon Abana, improving operation and thus making production in the laying of the average level of 15,000 BOPS rise to about 18,500 BOPS.

According to Addax Petroleum, one of its operating field, McMahon Abana required innovative approaches.
