The major distribution group Arno, which also sells electrical, electronic and household appliances, has just announced that it has been awarded the contract “to improve the anti-fire, ventilation, air-conditioning and smoke extraction systems of the Crédit foncier du Cameroun (CFC) headquarters.”

Awarded by the housing bank, the release published by the Public Contracts Minister, Abba Sadou, revealed that the deal is worth a total of a little over one billion FCFA. The deal should be signed in seven days.

One of Cameroon’s distribution leaders for decades, the Arno group is currently finalising the construction of the country’s first superstore store in Douala, the country’s economic capital.
