Phase II of the Cameroon program Regulations for the simplification of procedures, was launched yesterday at Garoua. In the course of the fighter that may constitute multiple and heavy lobbying for the creation of a company, the creation of Centers of formalities (CFCE) was already a prime remedy to the situation.

The second, in the form of an online interface, is since yesterday operational in the Northern region, the third to adopt after the Center and the Littoral.

The program e-regulations Cameroon, for its phase II, has been launched in Garoua in a ceremony presided over by the Governor Jean Abate Edi'i, on behalf of the minister of small and medium sized enterprises in the social economy and of the Crafts, which opened this project.

The stakes of this initiative have been recalled by Najat Rochdi, representative-resident of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Cameroon and partner support to the project. "The complexity of administrative procedures and the lack of transparency in public services, constitute a major obstacle to growth and investment", explained the representative of UNDP.

On a more local basis, the creation of business represents the main answer to the problem of employment and to fight against the poverty afflicting severely the northern region and the north in general. Through the portal www.cameroun.eregulations.org, the economic operators of Garoua will also be informed of the whole procedure, the parts to provide (and from which they obtain), the administrations involved, or even of persons to meet in case of difficulties.

Some of these approaches may even already be incurred from the canvas. In noting that the experiences of Yaounde and Douala are a success ( a number of businesses have been created amounting to an increased from 668 to 9170 between 2010 and 2014).
