This Cameroonian entrepreneur invented this innovation of pasta made from cassava in 2008, after the riots which hit the country, Dorothy Blina Selamo imagined replacing wheat by local tubers. Three years of experimentation and pasta "Miondonini" ("miondo" for "cassava stick" in the douala language) are emerging. Employees now produce 130 packages daily in a small workshop in Yaoundé.

A simple television presentation on the TV show "Hello Cameroon" has change the destiny of the entrepreneur of this unique pasta. She has received an exceptional order of 750 packages of pasta from the "Indomitable Lions", Cameroon football national team.
