Call rates to drop soon

It will also be necessary to fix the tariffs of sale of the capacities directed towards the costs, in order to support a generalized access and to lower cost with the Internet.

These operators, in their turn, will be able thanks to competition to play a role in managing the costs of the communications and will open to their subscribers a range of services already in operation.
