Cameroon, Holland economic cooperation gains grounds

The Minister of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT), Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi has granted audience to some businessmen from Holland.

The MINEPAT boss received the delegation from Holland this Monday 8th December 2014 in Yaounde.

The Dutch delegation on a fact-finding mission in Cameroon since 6th December 2014 say they intend to reinforce economic and commercial relationships with Cameroon.

During the audience, Minister Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi boasted about Cameroon’s peaceful environment arguing that it is a fertile ground for investments.

The Head of the delegation, Marina Diboma discussed her country’s investment plans in Cameroon.

These plans stretch from direct investments to the transfer of technical know-how to Cameroonians.

Marina Diboma said her country will be glad to receive the planned economic mission from Cameroon scheduled to be in Holland in May 2015 to seal bilateral partnerships.

The economic experts from Holland belong to the Netherlands African Business Council (Nabc).
