Cameroon to hold “Digital Village” forum today

Cameroonian capital, Yaoundé will hold a “Digital Village” forum from May 16 to 18, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications told APA on Saturday.

Organized on the sidelines of the International Economic Conference dubbed android exhibition will bring together different actors and stakeholders in the digital sector, namely governments and organizations, mobile operators, Internet access providers, business networks and local startups.

The main aim of this event, the first in the country, is to present the advantages of the country in this field and, specifically, to promote Cameroon startups’ expertise and accompany the youth towards digital.
