Indeed, over the past five years, the average growth of the gross domestic product (GDP) of our country in real baths fluctuated between 3.5% and 4.5% against an initial estimate of more than 5%. In drawing lessons from the implementation of its first poverty reduction strategy, the Cameroonian Government proceeded to the formulation of a vision of Cameroon's long-term development.

This vision, which provides a picture of the country in the year 2035, constitutes a reference framework for poverty reduction in a socially acceptable level, to reach the stage of middle income country, become an emerging country, consolidate the democratic process and strengthen national unity.

In the sector of subcontracting which will be the star of this world meeting of industrial subcontracting, the major challenge for the Government is the increase in the participation of Cameroonian SMEs in strategic sectors and major projects. At this major issue along three significant issues.

These include the improvement of the contribution of SMEs and large businesses to GDP through subcontracting; the improvement of the quality of the Public investment Budget projects by companies outsourcing and in the end, the participation of local SMEs in the execution of 30% of the large structural projects through subcontracting.

The participation in this exhibition aims to stimulate a wide range of actions that promote trade. It will be as a trickle-down for our subcontracting SMEs, several advantages more illustrative are: meetings B2B which will allow the company to go ahead its customers present and future, to build relationships, discover new markets, and sign agreements.

The meeting of colleagues and competitors and the discovery of their strategy, what our SMBS can learn from them, and how they can get ahead on the market. By participating in this fair, our companies will be able to refine their knowledge of the market and establish their location. It would also give the possibility to our SMEs to evaluate their products in relation to the needs of the market in their sector and to explore their market sector, discover new developments and detect the needs.
