Chococam is official importer of body, household care products

Chocolate confectionery of Cameroon (Chococam), the subsidiary of the South African food group Tiger Brands, officially extended its corporate purpose, including the activities of "manufacturing, import, export and trading of tangible, household care products and their derivaitves", noted a legal advertisement published on 10th November 2014.

This agro-industrial company, which has also granted an increase in its capital from 800 million Cfa francs, to 4.8 billion Cfa francs, thus formalizes its arrival on the market for the large distribution of cosmetic products as well as rice and pasta.

Indeed, since January 2014, Chococam, has been best known for its confectionery and chocolates from Cameroonian cocoa, introduced on the local market the range of products from beauty brand "Ange". A year ago, this food company was already embarked on diversification of its activities through the distribution of rice and pasta.
