Deux communes du département du Djerem, dans la région de l’Adamaoua ont bénéficié d’une enveloppe totale de 601 127 016 Fcfa pour la réalisation de certains projets routiers entre 2020 et 2024, dans la but d’assurer la circulation des personnes et des biens sur les routes communales.
Une enveloppe de 601 127 016 Fcfa a été allouée à l’exécution de plusieurs projets dans le département de l’Adamaoua. Dans la commune de Ngaoundal, 06 projets sur 10 ont été réalisés et réceptionnés provisoirement. Un seul est toujours en cours tandis que les travaux de 03 autres projets sont en attente de démarrage. Financés à hauteur de 300 344 676 Fcfa TTC dont 105 622 690 Fcfa TTC par le BIP et 194 721 986 Fcfa TTC par le Fonds Routier de 2020 à 2024, ces projets portent essentiellement sur les travaux de réhabilitation périodique de certains tronçons de routes communales et la construction des ouvrages d’art. Dans la commune de Tibati, 07 projets sur 08 ont été réalisés dont 04 projets ont été réceptionnés, 03 sont en attente de la réception définitive et un seul est toujours en cours avec un taux d’avancement des travaux de 10,2%/48%. Ces projets portent sur la réhabilitation de certains tronçons de routes communales, le traitement des points critiques et la construction des ouvrages d’art. Ces projets ont été financés à hauteur de 300 782 340 Fcfa TTC dont 122 806 270 Fcfa TTC par le BIP et 177 976 070 Fcfa TTC par le Fonds Routier. Rappelons que les travaux d’entretien périodique du tronçon de route Tibati-Pont Mbamti (Lim Djerem-Banyo) sur un linéaire de 109,7 km ont été réceptionnés provisoirement pour la première phase et techniquement pour la seconde phase. Ce projet a été financé à hauteur de 542 577 484 Fcfa TTC par le Fonds Routier 2020-2021. Les travaux ont été exécutés par la Société TOBOH BATMENT ET SERVICES et la mission de contrôle est assurée par le groupement (EC2) EDJO’O INGINEER SARL.

Far-North Region: 939,157,311 CFA francs allocated to councils of the Mayo Tsanaga Division for the implementation of road projects during the 2022 and 2024 period.
Six councils in the Mayo Tsanaga Division, Adamaoua Region, have been allocated a budget of 939,157,311 CFAF francs (including taxes) to carry out projects during the 2022 and 2023 period.
A budget of 939,157,311 CFA francs has been earmarked for the execution of several road maintenance projects in the Mayo Tsanaga Division, Far-North Region, for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024. In the Mogode Council, a project is being executed, financed to the tune of 148,958,633 CFA francs including taxes. Works completion rate shows 29.17% and involve maintenance of municipal roads (5.77 km) by ETS VANDI TERI. A project is currently under way in the Hina Council, financed at the amount of 257,386,428 CFA francs including taxes. It involves the maintenance of the Zouvoul-Louguere So'o-Fouldai road sections (6.6 km). The company awarded the contract is known as CHAKMAZ SARL. In the Bouhra Council, a project financed to the tune of 67,824,655 CFA francs (including taxes) is yet to start. It concerns maintenance works on municipal roads (20 km) and the company in charge is referred to as ETS CHERIFFSON. In the Mokolo Council, 2 out of 4 projects are under way, with progress rates of 10% and 20%, while the other 02 projects have not yet started. They are all financed to the tune of 80,000,000 CFA francs (including taxes) and mainly involve the rehabilitation of sections of road and the construction of engineering structures. In the Koza Council, 2 out of 3 projects are ongoing, and one has been halted. Financed to the tune of 244,987,596 CFA francs (including tax), they involve municipal roads rehabilitation and maintenance works. The company in charged is MOUSSA BIZGO & COMPAGNY. In the Mozogo Council, a project, financed to the tune 64,999,999 CFA francs including taxes, is about to start. It involves maintenance works on the Modogo-Mandoussa-Ouzal-Cetic Ouzal-Medegouer road, over 3.1 km. The company that has been awarded the contract is called ETS LE PROGRÈS PLUS. One out of 2 projects is yet to start in the Roua Council. Financed to the tune of 65,000,000 CFA francs (including tax), these projects mainly involve the construction of an engineering structure and the rehabilitation of roads linking Roua to other villages.
