EIB regional office inaugurated in Yaounde

The ceremony took place this 20th October 2016 at the EIB Regional Office situated in Yaounde.

The inauguration ceremony was attended amongst other dignitaries by the Minister of External Relations, Lejeune Mbella Mbella and the European Union Ambassador to Cameroon, Francoise Collet.

Preceding the ceremony was a working session between Minister Lejeune Mbella Mbella and the delegation headed by Pim Van Ballekom.

It was an opportunity to scrutinise longstanding relations with the European Investment Bank and explore new avenues for cooperation.

A press conference given by the European Union Ambassador, Francoise Collet on the volume and nature of financial assistance the European Investment Bank will be offering the public and private sectors in the Central African sub region attest to a bright future with the bank.
