Gabon in need of Cameroon investments

President Ali Bongo Ondimba has launched a social media and political campaign aimed at attracting Cameroon companies to invest in Gabon.

Gabonese financial experts have been granted the necessary resources to exploit the social media and encourage Cameroonian businessmen to trade with Libreville.

The move is in line with recommendations made earlier by the Banque des Etats de L’Afrique Centrale (BEAC) Cameroon Concord learnt.

It was rumoured somewhere in Douala over the week end that Standard Chartered Bank, UBA, Afriland, and Ecobank, SCB have all indicated their interest in extending to Gabon.
