Huawei opens its first outlet in Cameroon

The official opening took place last Thursday in Douala in the presence of officials of the mark.

Huawei, the Chinese supplier, now has its shop in Cameroon. Located at a place called "Sudanaise" at Akwa, the space is among others, dedicated to the sale of branded Huawei phones and service. Users can find the latest Smartphone of the brand, including the P7 Ascend.


"The opening of this store marks the launch of the mass-market in Cameroon. What's the point of spending all money to buy a Smartphone? At Huawei, phones are accessible at all budgets," says an official from Huawei.


For the inaugural day, the first customers were able to buy phones at lower prices, with discounts up to 50%.


Any further reductions are to be announced by the management of the brand of phone, as well as many benefits for the Chinese customers: gadgets, free phones, etc...


Evidence of the enthusiasm already aroused Huawei consumer, about 300 phones have been sold since the first opening day.

According to the CEO of Huawei Cameroon, the ambition of the brand is to be the number one Smartphone in Cameroon.


As a leading telecom solutions provider, Huawei worked among others, with the world's best operators.
