A group of four Italian companies (Paesaggista, Albertini, etc...) are operating in the construction industry, building material and landscapers.

Their main discussion was aimed at looking for the various prospects in different sectors to see how to invest in Cameroon.

"We can bring a lot in the housing sector, in this case, new materials to reduce moisture in homes and also the Italian design regarding fantasy public gardens or houses, "said Pierluigi Ratti, Italian entrepreneur.

Pierluigi Ratti goes further to say that Cameroon is a country growing where there is still much to do in the areas of agriculture, landscape and building.

This is why they want to work with Cameroon because they can bring new ideas and teach Cameroonians how to use Italian products.

According the Minister, these groups of entrepreneurs “want to invest their business in Cameroon. We have presented the framework of our investments with the new code incentives and I think they found that there are many advantages and they are surprised that several countries are investing in Cameroon. They were amazed and have come back very soon. It is in this sense that they were directed to the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, "said Serge Etoundi Ngoa.
