Power development corporation of Kribi partners NEF in citizen graduate employment program (Pdc-ci). It is within this framework that an agreement was signed on Tuesday between the two organisation in Yaoundé.
The National Employment Fund (NEF) will facilitate the recruitment of workers in the Power development company, Kribi. Document implementing this operation was signed Tuesday, at a ceremony at the headquarters of NEF, in Yaoundé.
This partnership agreement comes as part of a promotion of employment vested in the NEF. In his speech, Camille Moute à Bidias, Director-general of the NEF, said he honoured the choice of his structure, which is the only one to possess the largest database of job seekers in Cameroon. Therefore, he assured his new partner about the ability of its structure to meet all of its solicitations.
This was also satisfactory for Hans Francis Simb Nag, Director of the Kpdc. In paraphrasing the agreement, he noted that it stipulated that they had to inform the NEF's development programs, human resource requirements on the profiles of the workers needed while the NEF for its part said they were prepared inter alia to ensure the successful implementation of screening or selection of candidacy requested and to keep the Kpdc inform of all programs of interest.
On the sidelines of the convention, both structures signed a partnership for the citizen graduate employment program (Pdc-ci). Through it, eight maintenance engineers will go on stage in the Kpdc structures in the coming days.
