Military engineering team to complete projects in Douala

Colonel Jackson Kamgain and his team await the end of rainy season for work on various project to start.

The first phase of the construction of the northern extension of the Boulevard de la République is near completion. However, the team is waiting for the rains in Douala to stop so that they can bring the project to completion in coming weeks. This work involved the opening of road, hydraulic works, public lighting, and large earthworks.

In the second phase, military engineering according to its Director colonel Jackson Kamgain negotiates with the CUD, who also wishes to continue the work for the duration of 12 months without rain.

2.5 km between the Bonabassem crossroads and the place called Maetur Bonamoussadi is a road project that will have 3 part ways and another with a median. The bridge at the level of 'Sand' will be also developed to manage the flow of vehicles.

The second work carried out by military engineering is the château Nyala/Passage axis. On this side, the device is ready to reach cruising speed. The duration of the project is 24 months without rain. Topographic surveys are being made and the technical dossier is ready. On the ground, military personnel have been active since 15 September.
