More spanish investments announced in Cameroon

The newly designated Ambassador of Spain to Cameroon, His Excellency Jorge De Orueta Pemartin has said more Spanish investors will be coming to Cameroon soon.

He was speaking to reporters on September 16, 2015, shortly after his discussion with the President of the Senate, Marcel Niat Njifenji. The courtesy visit, the Spanish diplomat noted, was fast transformed into a working session as his host evoked the issues of Spanish investors in Cameroon.

The audience at the 5th floor of the Yaounde Conference Center also provided an opportunity for both men to review the bilateral relations between Yaounde and Madrid which Ambassador Jorge Orueta is poised would be improved.

Spain, the diplomat added, is interested in the health and education sectors. “We have started working out relations of all types between Spain and Cameroon and increase cooperation in the way of bringing more Spanish enterprises which are quite interested in coming to in Cameroon”, he stated.

He pledged that Spanish investments in Cameroon will multiply during his stay in the country.
