The private Secretary to the Minister of Water Resources and Energy, Lilie Christiane Ngah appointed by Prime Ministerial decree on July 14, 2016, alongside some staff of the central and devolved services of the Ministry appointed by Minister Basile Atangana Kouna were July 15, 2016 commissioned into their new functions.
They were installed in Yaounde, by the Secretary General in the Ministry of Water Resources and Energy, Manaouda Malachie sitting in for his boss.
Discipline and punctuality at work, diligence and impartiality in the processing of files, respect for and royalty to hierarchy and the need to be result-based and user-friendly are guidelines to the newly promoted.
The Secretary General insisted that the Ministry is poised to succeed in its 2016 road map inscribed in the Growth and Employment Strategy Paper and vision 2035 saying this was only achievable if the newly appointed embraced teamwork.
